6,000 sq. ft. of artisan quality miniatures, sounds like an amazing place to visit. Hundreds of historically accurate houses, educational classrooms, a hands-on playroom for the little ones, and a gift shop for all budgets make this an inviting family trip. (Not to mention the fact that it is blessedly air-conditioned.) Sure makes me want to load up the car and head over there.
Also, check out "Get Involved" section for dollhouse builder and seamstress volunteering.

Oh Kentucky? Well we may just get there one day! Looks like a really great place doesn't it? If you go can you come pick me up on the way?
ReplyDeleteIsn't it something? What a good idea.
ReplyDeleteYup, Kentucky. At first I thought it was Kansas and nearly got the car started but then double-checked. KY. I'll pick you up on the way, we'll do a Thelma & Louise. Without the criminality and death.
Wow. I want to go there!
ReplyDeletethanks for the twitter link too.
